Signal Hill in the Fog

I have previously expressed my love of shooting sessions on Signal Hill. I do. Sometimes though, the fog is too much. I like the fog as a rule, but you can have too much of a good thing!



Thankfully there is more to Signal Hill than the view . . .

cooking babies

This little guy was a couple of weeks old. There were 4 under 4 for the shoot and this is a peice of a larger plan involving some chefs hats for the older kids but they seemed spooked when I said we would cook the babies. I tried to backpedal but the damage was done and the idea was scrapped.

I am not one for trying to get small babies asleep. They want to know whats going on and I want to tell them.

Happy Birthday to my friend Laura. She is old now, like the rest of us.

Great News!

I will be in Halifax from Oct 3rd until 9th. I am accepting sessions for all days except the 5th.

I am only accepting sessions for Halifax until Sept. 20th.

I will have with me at the session samples of prints.

All proofing will take place online within two weeks of session date.

All prints will be ready within 4-6weeks from date of order and will be well packed and shipped express post.

I will be extending the trip if needed. ;)

Twins

As a little girl I used to dream of having babies. More specifically I dreamed of twins or triplets or more. I wanted as many babies as possible. I grew up and started having them one at a time like most people do. I love my singletons of course, but seeing this woman with her twins brought back all those childhood fantasies. She makes having twins look like the love filled baby immersion I dreamed of. Babypalooza.
